Came in with a difficult intermittent problem with my hearing aid. Audible checked for updates, wax buildup, and tested it. Got it working but said to come in a few weeks to make sure that it's working.

Customer service was great, the staff helped my father with his issue (cleaned his hearing aid). They also took time to explain my question about his hearing aids and what I needed to do about the other devices that are available.
